2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase products, consign items, or subscribe to our text message program. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
3. Products and Purchases
Product Descriptions
We strive to describe each product accurately, including brand, condition, material, and dimensions where applicable. All items sold are one-of-a-kind. Colors shown on your screen may vary slightly from the actual item due to monitor and lighting differences.
Availability
Because each item is unique, once a piece is sold it is no longer available. We reserve the right to remove listings, correct pricing errors, or cancel orders in the event of unavailability, misprint, or suspected fraud.
Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and do not include applicable taxes or shipping unless stated. Payment is due at the time of purchase. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout.
Authenticity
All designer items sold by Ida Louise are inspected for authenticity. If you believe an item is not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
4. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping times and costs will be displayed at checkout. We ship to addresses within the United States unless otherwise noted for specific live events. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
Delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances outside our control are not the responsibility of Ida Louise.
5. Returns and Refunds
Because all items are one-of-a-kind and many are pre-owned, all sales are final unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase. Specific return policies for live-stream sales (such as on Whatnot) are governed by the rules of that platform.
If an item arrives damaged or significantly not as described, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at idalouiseboutique@gmail.com for case-by-case resolution.
6. Consignment Services
If you consign items with Ida Louise, separate consignment terms apply. By submitting items for consignment, you agree to the terms presented at the time of submission, which include — but are not limited to — our right to set pricing, list items across platforms, and retain a commission percentage upon sale. Consignment terms will be provided in writing at the time you submit items.
7. Text Message Program (SMS/MMS Marketing)
When you opt in to our VIP text program (by texting our keyword, submitting a form, or otherwise providing express written consent), you agree to receive recurring promotional text messages from Ida Louise, LLC sent via an autodialer at the mobile number you provided.
Program Details:
- Purpose: Notifications about live shows, pop-up events, new arrivals, members-only giveaways, private drops, and exclusive offers.
- Message Frequency: Up to 4 messages per month.
- Cost: Message and data rates may apply. Consult your mobile carrier for details.
- Consent Not Required: Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service from Ida Louise.

- Carriers: Participating carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties, except for the necessary opt-in data required to facilitate the SMS service (such as our SMS service provider).
