Our two collections ship on different clocks, because one of them leaves our hands and the other leaves our partner's.

Gallery pieces are packed and shipped by Ida Louise from Mooresville, North Carolina.
Orders placed overnight or at the weekend go out on the next business day. You will get a tracking number by email as soon as the label is created.
Delivered in 7–10 days.
Shop items are fulfilled directly by our supply partner rather than from our own studio, so they take longer to arrive than Gallery pieces.
Tracking is emailed when the item leaves the warehouse.
The Gallery and The Shop are fulfilled separately. Ordering from both means two orders, two shipments, and two tracking numbers. They are checked out separately and they will not arrive together.
We ship within the United States. For anywhere else, email us before ordering and we will tell you what is possible.
Tracking is emailed as soon as your label is created. If a package is showing as delivered and you do not have it, or tracking has not moved in several days, email idalouiseboutique@gmail.com and we will chase it.
